Title and Summary

Manager, Deal Management This position, reporting into the Vice President, Deal Management EEMEA, is responsible for managing business development deal process end-to-end with cross-functional teams for the West Arabia division

Key responsibilities include :
• Lead Strategic Deal Structuring: Drive the development, review, and governance of customer proposals across the division, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage Complex and Non traditional Deals: Take ownership of large-scale and unconventional deals, proactively identifying and escalating potential complexities to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Support the creation of financial models and business cases & developing robust tools for scenario analysis ensuring data-driven recommendations are presented to key stakeholders to enhance profitability and competitive positioning
• Collaborate for Business Growth: Partner with Customer Account Managers & wider cross functional teams to retain and grow business with issuers, merchants, and key clients through tailored deal strategies.
• Policy and Process Optimization: Work closely with regional & global stakeholders to refine policy frameworks and streamline deal processes, driving efficiency and strategic alignment across the region.
• Lead Negotiations and Finalize Agreements: Guide customer negotiations balancing thoughtful risk taking with protecting MA interests to finalize agreements.
• Enhance Customer Performance: Support the evaluation of deal performance and propose smart commercial solutions to drive improvements
• Ensure Regional Alignment: Coordinate with APEMEA to implement updates to business development procedures, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Enable Team Excellence: Provide training and advisory support to account teams on financial modeling, business case development, and best practices.
• Deal Review and Approval: Oversee the review and approval of small to mid-sized deals, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.

All About You
• Holds a degree in Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles and strategic business analysis.
• Demonstrates exceptional thought leadership and strategic acumen, offering both executive-level insight and hands-on operational expertise in navigating complex deal environments.
• Naturally collaborative, with a proven ability to work seamlessly across multiple functions and levels within the Mastercard organization to harness collective expertise and drive optimal deal outcomes.
• Commands credibility and respect across all levels of management. Skilled in motivating, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to achieve Mastercard's strategic business objectives.
• Adept at fostering productive dialogue and building trusted relationships that support long-term business growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines, maintaining focus and effectiveness in fast-paced environments.
