Overview
• The Operations & Technology (O&T) Finance team is the financial business partner to MasterCard's information technology business unit.
• O&T Finance provides financial guidance as well as planning & analysis support to MasterCard's technology business unit, including budgeting, forecasting and results reporting.
• The Sr. Professional, O&T Finance, will have divisional responsibilities for day-to-day activities in support of budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance reporting and ad hoc requests.
• This role may also have a role in business case development.
• The Sr. Professional will also develop relationships with divisional business partners and executives.

Role
• Manage the day-to-day divisional FP&A function such as budget and forecast processes and including financial reporting, analysis and achieving spending targets for assigned division(s)
• Support the business by identifying financial risks and opportunities
• Interact on a regular basis with O&T executives, in a highly visible role
• Support the development of cost models to justify projects, identify savings and improve financial performance
• Provide analysis, modeling and business case support to O&T divisional management and their teams, including:
o Ad hoc analysis to identify budget & forecast variance drivers
o Collaborate with peer leaders to identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality and timeliness
• Identify process improvement opportunities and make significant contribution as part of project teams to support implementation of process improvements and other ad hoc initiatives

All About You
• Financial planning and analysis experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Able to influence and drive effective decision making
• Must be comfortable working with ambiguous processes in a fluid environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact, communicate and navigate effectively within executive O&T and Finance management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with multi-faceted issues
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently
• Desired experience leading teams and/or participating on cross-functional teams and initiatives in a key contributor role
• Background in IT financial management and accounting considered beneficial
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a financial analysis role

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

Miami, Florida: $109,000 - $180,000 USD
