Make an impact as a Pre-Sales Manager within our SME global team :
Role
Identify opportunities to distribute Mastercard products to SMEs through new distribution partnership; identify relevant Mastercard products, develop a value proposition and narrative for distribution partners and SME end users, and lead deal execution efforts
Oversee the SME segment product distribution strategy and efforts though non-profit/intergovernmental organizations in partnership with the Mastercard Government and regional Small Business teams
Lead the global segment Digital Acceleration Programs including tracking progress of regional programs, assisting in expansion of existing partnerships, and supporting the development of advisory tools and educational modules.
Produce sales collateral for new digital solutions and partnerships
Hold bi-weekly meetings for strategic alignment between regional teams, global product teams, and cross-functional teams including agenda setting, taking minutes, promoting discussion and ensuring follow ups
Create content and visuals to communicate the global strategy, narratives, and regional updates for executive presentations
Support development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies, white papers and best practices
Support Mastercard's $250 Commitment to SMEs through tracking and coordination with regional and finance teams
Assist with Thought Leadership efforts and sales enablement collateral creation

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and multi-task effectively
Strong presentation and PowerPoint creation skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Curious with willingness to learn about new industries and technologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline required
