Title and Summary

Manager, Product Integration Overview
The Global Product Integration (GPI) team is a global team overseen by Global Product Enablement within the Global Customer Delivery & Care organization.

With a focus on new technology, products and services, in our Corporate Solutions part of the business, the Global Product Integration team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality and predictability. GPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.

Global Product Integrators develop streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive customer and employee implementation experience.

Role & responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for documenting the customer implementation and testing processes for new or significantly enhanced Mastercard products and services focusing on our Corporate Solutions Segment within Commercial and New Payment flows (CNPF).

o Partner with the global product owners to understand product/enhancement requirements.
o Partner with the global product owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by Customers for testing activities.
o Own the development of global product delivery guides to consistently implement assigned products at scale with speed, quality, and predictability.
o Partner with regional delivery teams to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions with efficiency and effectiveness.
o Conduct implementation and testing training sessions for Customer Delivery to equip resources with the information and tools needed to support customer projects.

All About You
o Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions.
o Ability to analyze and design efficiencies into new and existing solutions.
o Analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)
o Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal, and/or external business partners, and with varying levels of management.
o Must be high-energy, comfortable with uncertainty, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
o Exceptional attention to detail.
o Familiarity Mastercard test tools, REST clients, and API standards (REST, JSON, XML).
o Experience in customer delivery or testing processes or quality analysis/assurance.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
o Self starter with ability to work independently or with a team, and to work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams.
