Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management OverviewThe Mastercard Move team is looking for a Manager, Transfer Solutions, to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
o Participate in Developing and executing market strategy aligned with the global Mastercard Move Solutions strategy
o Proven track record of developing and managing local platform business and global product management in multiple countries
o Strong technical and business background
o Deep knowledge about multiple stakeholder management
o Experience for negotiate, execute and manage large customer commercial relationships and agreement processes with clients
o Provides support to sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements.
o Interpersonal and negotiation skills - extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
o Bring the voice of the market back to the implementation team to ensure customer relationship needs are met
o Provides support by identifying and resolving customer challenges by engaging the relevant Mastercard/partner teams and escalating to senior colleagues when required
o Develop bespoke solutions to develop ecosystem infrastructure build
o Develop region specific Product/sales strategies to help drive sales of Mastercard Move and Local Money Transfer Platforms and associated Value-Added-services
o Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development
o Develop new partner/alliance relationships and maintain and strengthen existing partner/alliance relationships Managing Platforms team for day to day business
o Provides subject matter expertise on a specific product or segment of products and identifies product innovation opportunities
All About You
o Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience
o Expert relevant work experience with a core knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices
o Deep knowledge and understanding of payment solutions, with significant experience in product, sales and business development
o Action oriented and results driven and with a disciplined approach to deliver sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development
o Strong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to execute through others who do not report directly to you.
o Committed to quality with a strong focus on customer needs
o Language Skills: Fluent English
