Manager, Product Management Overview
The Security Solutions (SSO) team's mission is to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay. We do this by developing and delivering products and services that protect the network, reduce fraud, strengthen authentication, and enable our customers to advance their digital security capabilities while enhancing the consumer experience.
SSO leads the creation and delivery of innovative solutions that allow cardholders to enjoy seamless and secure purchase experiences, anytime and anywhere they choose to transact.
This role will serve as the North LAC Subject Matter Expert for SSO products and services. The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, play a key role across the end‑to‑end product and solution lifecycle, and provide ongoing product, project, and program leadership to support the continued expansion of Mastercard's Safety and Security initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities
As Product Leader for Security Solutions (SSO), the role is accountable for the following core responsibilities:

Drive the Go-To-Market strategy for SSO products and services across North LAC, increasing penetration, cross‑sell opportunities, and distribution.

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the SSO portfolio, including (but not limited to) Card Security, Fraud Monitoring, Validation, Legacy Solutions, Authentication, Cybersecurity, Identity, Chargebacks, and AI‑enabled services.

Partner closely with regional product, account management, and market development teams to execute product management and GTM initiatives across supported markets and clusters. Provide direction and support to account teams in building and executing SSO account plans.

Lead performance tracking and analytics, developing reporting, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations to monitor key initiatives, product utilization, and market performance. Conduct data analysis and mining to identify, prioritize, and capture growth opportunities.

Articulate and position the SSO value proposition clearly and consistently for customers—including issuers, merchants, and digital partners—ensuring customer‑facing teams can effectively communicate value and differentiation.

All About You

Proven experience in product management, with strong knowledge of fraud prevention, digital security, and payment solutions for financial institutions.

Solid account management experience, with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while identifying opportunities to grow Mastercard revenue and profitability.

Demonstrated discipline in Product Management Excellence (PME), including sales pipeline development, management, tracking, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, proactively address issues, and escalate effectively when required.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.

Experience in the credit card and digital payments industry is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience delivering initiatives in partnership with regional market teams.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Desirable Capabilities

Prior experience within a large bank, processor, technology vendor, or card network, with a strong understanding of the card payments ecosystem (key players, operating models, and industry drivers).

Strong bias for action, with a track record of turning product strategy into tangible market outcomes. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
