Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management - Authentication Overview:
The Manager, Product Management – Authentication is a key role within the Digital Payments team in Asia Pacific. In this role, the candidate will have responsibility for product management of select Mastercard Authentication products and drive the defined Key Performance Indicators across usage and optimization.

The Mastercard Authentication Program supports consumer authentication for both in-store and e-commerce flows. The primary objective of this role is to commercialize, manage and deliver best-in-class authentication products for identified set of customer profiles.

The ideal candidate will have basic functional understanding of market landscape & key drivers in Card Not Present flows. Is also passionate about data-driven insights, customer-focused solutions , intellectually curious & insights on consumer user experience. The ideal candidate is well known for being highly collaborative, managing complex workstreams and delivering concurrent projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the product management & execution of go-to-market plans to drive the business defined Key Performance Indicators
• Lead with data backed insights for improvement in authentication adoption & usage of Multi Factor Authentication flows
• Monitoring product's revenue, profitability and other key performance indicators and accountable for ensuring that established revenue targets are met.
• Responsible for working with cross functional teams to establish integrated plans across prioritized markets & customers.
• Collaboration with Global Product teams on market specific requirements based on customer feedback and defined business case
• Responsible for working with Product Marketing & Communications Teams to deliver a simplified and compelling narrative.

• Experienced in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling data-driven solutions.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and making data-backed decisions.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful products that drive business value.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in payments and / or retail banking
• Skilled at management reporting and gathering insights from granular data to influence decision making
• Willingness to travel throughout the region
