Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management, Mastercard One Overview: The US Consumer Payments product team is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support the US commercialization of Mastercard One, a new product which introduces a single credential that can support multiple payment options (installments, debit, credit, and prepaid).This role will be pivotal in supporting the go-to-market (GTM) execution of Mastercard One.
The role:
• Contribute to the commercialization efforts for Mastercard One in the US market.
• Support the execution of go-to-market strategies to ensure a successful product launch and market penetration, including tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the design and development of the product to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support the sales engagement process.
• Proactively manage operational and day-to-day project management functions to ensure product success.
All About you:
• Experience in the payments industry, with knowledge in debit being a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and navigate through uncertainty.
• Demonstrated ability to self-start, identify problems, and develop solutions independently.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to track multiple project workstreams and demonstrate efficient project management skills.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and communicate project risks effectively.
