Title and Summary

Manager, Product Operations The Manager, Network Products will join a team driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the future of Mastercard's global core payments network. The payments network is Mastercard's core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for other key products and services.

The successful candidate will be part of the Product Operations team working tightly with Product Operations leadership, Product Managers and stakeholders partners across Mastercard to align and deliver on business priorities. We will partner with various product team members to manage priorities, develop execution plans in alignment with their long and short-term roadmaps, help to facilitate trade-off discussions, and provide transparency on technology intake requests and their status.

The role:
- Support intake management by partnering with technology intake partners to evaluate requests, clarify scope, and ensure focus on highest-priority initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on intake processes, supporting Network Products Product Managers in navigating governance, requirements, and expectations.
- Connect business priorities to technical execution by clarifying ambiguity, helping resolve blockers, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Support roadmap planning and execution by maintaining artifacts, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment across initiatives.
- Build clear, impactful executive communications to provide transparency into intake requests, roadmap status, risks, and trade-offs.
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting and status updates, including dashboards and leadership-ready summaries.
- Propose recommendations for simplification and continuous improvement across intake, planning, and reporting processes.
- Leverage Copilot and standard Mastercard productivity tools to streamline communications, documentation, and status reporting.
- Demonstrate and reinforce The Mastercard Way through day-to-day behaviors, including customer focus, accountability, and strong stakeholder partnership.

About you:
- Prior experience in payments preferred
Experience in product operations, program management, or business operations within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios
- Ability to work with ambiguity; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
- Constant curiosity, willing to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules
- Analytical, data and problem-solving skills that go beyond the numbers; able to use data to tell a story and influence decision makers
- Known for your ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both written and verbal
- Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling slides
- Strong organization, attention to detail and task management is expected
- Values collaboration and inclusion, ability to work cross-functionally
- Builds relationships and cultivates networks with ease, interacting with varying levels of leadership across the organization
- Proficient with product roadmap tools such as Aha! and collaboration tools such as Confluence; experience using AI to enhance efficiency is a plus
