Overview
Are you looking for a role with BIG impact and with GLOBAL reach? Do you want to play a critical role in delivering new innovative industry standards for digital payments and reimagining online checkout, GLOBALLY?

The Digital Channel Enablement and Commercialization team is looking for a Global Product Manager to support the product commercialization of Mastercard Checkout Services with issuers and digital partners. The ideal candidate will be both commercially minded and an experienced product manager. You will need to leverage your product management skills and commercial acumen to scale our online checkout solutions globally, be execution focused to drive product growth and comfortable acting as the voice of the customer. You will need to ensure customer feedback is validated and turned into something actionable.
This candidate will become a global expert in our online checkout products. They will use this knowledge to support key internal stakeholders across Mastercard, create and deliver supporting documentation and shape the future of our digital products.

Role:
• Become a subject matter expert and product champion – use this knowledge to influence and empower other stakeholders and create compelling product and sales documentation. Ensure regional and market teams have sufficient knowledge and support to enable scale with issuers and other digital partners, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of Mastercard Checkout Services (issuers).
• Turn customer feedback into actionable insights and best practices
• Use expertise, market and competitive insights and customer feedback to inform the product development roadmap and evolve our product strategy with clear prioritisation
• Support in preparing of customer discussions (direct or through regional and market colleagues),
• Lead on monitoring performance of our solutions and track KPIs
• Manage the tracking of the global issuer pipeline
• Manage Gold and Silver Standard process, critical for enabling scale
• Leverage working knowledge of payments ecosystem, Mastercard business, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and inform product decisions
• Partner with product marketing
• Drive meaningful partnerships across the business – ensure we have the right product documentation and internal training to effectively execute on our priorities
• Comfortable analyzing data and turning it into actionable insights

All about you:
• Experience as a product manager and comfortable to get deep into the product and understand the broader strategy
• Experience of product development, product management, consumer experience design and/or problem solving
• Experience creating impactful product documentation that communicates complicated messages and value proposition
• Experience and knowledge of working with digital payment solutions
• Ideally have knowledge and experience with payment systems within banks and fintechs
• Able to communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Comfortable working within matrix and cross functional organizations
• Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities and adeptness in building and nurturing relationships
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences of varying technical ability
• Possess the ability to leverage data not only for generating reports and analysis but also for crafting compelling narratives that convey insights effectively
