Job Title

Product Owner - Controls TeamOverview

• The Employee Identity and Access Management Program (EIAM) is responsible to provide services to support internal staff physical and logical access to MasterCard systems and applications.

• One o the EIAM teams is the Controls team. This team is responsible for the performance of several SOC1 Controls. This position is be the Product Owner of this team.

Role

• Lead the EIAM Controls team. Lead resources in engineering, governance, and biz ops.

* Perform EIAM SOC1 Controls. These controls include Periodic Access Review, Out of Band Reviews, Terminations, and Transfers.

• Work closely with Controller's team to review results and deal with exceptions.

* Present to senior management about the SOC1 control results.

* This is an individual contributor role with matrix leadership responsibilities.

All About You

• Experience providing cross functional leadership
• Experience with monitoring and auditing security entitlements
• Intermediate skills of identity access management pillars such as, but not limited to roles, entitlements, access certifications, and segregation of duties rules
• Intermediate technical background (Windows, UNIX, databases) and basic network fundamentals
• Intermediate skills in provisioning to platforms (Windows, UNIX, Mainframe, databases)
• Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills
