Project Manager I, Launch 2026 - Purchase, NY This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. About the Team
SSO Solutions Engineering sits at the intersection of payments flows, Services, Security Solutions, and go‑to‑market teams, connecting Mastercard's security capabilities to create customer‑centric, scalable solutions. The team blends product expertise with market security knowledge to enhance and secure solutions across all payment flows. It plays a central role in bringing the right teams together and using data‑driven insights to deliver the strongest solutions for a wide range of customer needs.

Launch Program
The Launch program is a development program that is supplemental to the role and is designed to help you transition from being a student to being a Mastercard employee. In this program, you will participate in:
- Four-day orientation focused on getting to know Mastercard, building your skills, and be a force for good (Mastercard's culture)
- Professional skills workshops
- Launch Innovation Week
- Social impact – pro bono team challenge
- Global Volunteer Challenge

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree graduating in Spring 2026
- Previous internship in consulting-focused position
- Strong project management experience
- Comfortable working with data and experience manipulating it, data visualization tools are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Business-oriented degree is preferred
- Education or experience in Fraud/Cyber-based environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to tackle complex problems

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
