Overview
The Senior Analyst mission is to contribute to value creation for his portfolio of customers and for Mastercard by generating revenues for both parties:
- Creating a relational asset by generating or maintaining strong working relationships with all the decision makers of your customers
- Identifying the relevant Mastercard services that meet customer needs
- Building sustainable business cases to transform opportunities in deals to supports country manager to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers
- Supervising project execution by collaborating across all business functions including business development, project delivery oversight, marketing and product management

Role
• Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
• Assists with analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
• Assists in designing strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
• Supports the management key customer relationships at manager levels
• Collaborates with the account team and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans
• Able to lead as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
• Able to develop and deliver thoughtful market and business analysis for customer accounts

• Analytical skills to understand customer needs, to identify market perspectives, to understand technological and data based services, to use sophisticated business cases and to provides insight and analysis of market and customer business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
• Ability to collaborate with all the internal and external stakeholders (technical teams, products teams, sales experts, legal teams etc…) with a strong problem solving orientation
•A first successful experience in a challenging environment and in
a challenging market (start-up, retail,) and in conducting business development activities working with cross functional partners
• Fluent in English
• Appetite for technology
