Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
Role holder will support the Benefits Design team in ensuring readiness and future ongoing compliance with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive, with a specific focus on employee benefits data.

This role will contribute to building robust processes for the “right to information” obligations and annual pay transparency reporting requirements by consolidating benefits-related data, conducting quality checks, supporting analyses, and collaborating with different partners such as the Benefits Delivery, the Compensation Team and the GBSC (shared services) teams. Main roles and responsibilities include:
• Support the preparation and maintenance of data (Country Benefits Summary) required for right to information requests, ensuring accurate and fully documented benefits information for employees/candidates.
• Partnership with the Benefits Delivery team in compiling, reviewing, and organizing benefits data needed for pay transparency reporting.
• Maintain and update benefits data sets in a dedicated platform, required for reporting and compliance processes.
• Support the mapping of benefits across countries to ensure consistent categorization aligned with internal governance.
• Conduct regular data quality checks, identify anomalies, and partner with Benefits Delivery/GBSC to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor evolving guidance related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive and contribute to internal updates.
• Support basic analysis of benefits data to highlight trends, gaps, or inconsistencies.
• Act as the key point of contact for HR technology development projects related to benefits administration (automation, integration with third parties).
• Support requirements gathering for new system features, data integrations, and automation tools.
• Partner with Benefits Delivery and technology teams during testing cycles (UAT), validating results and raising defects where needed.
• Support the collection, comparison, and analysis of benefits and leave programs across Europe.
• Maintain up‑to‑date benchmarking data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy.
• Assist in preparing summaries and recommendations for leadership based on benchmarking findings.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills; comfort working with spreadsheets and large data sets.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Understanding of HR concepts, particularly compensation & benefits or payroll.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-based environment.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to perform lookups, pivot tables, and data quality checks.
• Ability to read/interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements
• Consistently delivered accurate, high quality and well-organized reports on benefits metrics and data
• Experience working in a global organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interest in European employment regulations or pay transparency.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a structured project environment.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
