File Transfer Products are foundational to this mission, enabling reliable exchange of data across customers, regions, and platforms at scale.

About the Role
The Senior BizOps Engineer (TPM) for Platform Services – File Transfer Products is responsible for leading delivery and operational readiness across Global File Transfer (GFT) and NextGen File Transfer (NGFT) platforms. These platforms support high‑volume, business‑critical file exchanges between Mastercard and its internal and external partners.
This role sits at the intersection of program execution, technical delivery, and production operations, ensuring that File Transfer capabilities are delivered predictably, operated reliably, and continuously improved. Represent File Transfer services in delivery forums, reviews, and stakeholder discussions, bringing the right technical experts into conversations as needed.

Platform & Operational Readiness

Partner with BizOps, engineering, and SRE teams to ensure production readiness for File Transfer platforms, including capacity planning, monitoring, alerting, and rollback strategies.

Lead delivery execution for customer and product migrations onto NGFT, managing dependencies across consuming products and regions.
Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure releases meet quality, resiliency, and security expectations before production rollout.
Contribute to and maintain delivery and operational documentation related to File Transfer onboarding, releases, and support.

Stakeholder & Dependency Management

Actively manage dependencies across Platform Services, Shared Services, consuming product teams, and external partners.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders on progress, risks, and trade‑offs affecting File Transfer delivery and operations.
Influence outcomes across teams without direct authority by building trust, credibility, and strong working relationships.

Senior‑Level Ownership & Influence

Operate with autonomy and credibility across teams inside and outside the immediate File Transfer program scope.
Anticipate delivery, capacity, and operational risks for high‑volume file transfer flows and proactively steer teams toward sustainable solutions.
