Title and Summary

Senior Business Continuity Analyst Member of Mastercard's Business Continuity (BC) Team, providing business continuity planning and exercising consultancy and resilience toolset support to our many internal stakeholders. Metrics generation, project support and business liaison are also core elements of the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• As a BC Business Partner, you will provide focused and relevant business continuity practice advice to your assigned BC stakeholders to assist them in meeting their corporate resilience requirements; committed to meeting KPIs in this regard.
• You will deliver group training sessions to your stakeholders, as well as 1:1 sessions as needed, to train them on how to use the software tool (Fusion) and how to complete their Plan and any assigned exercises.
• You will help to raise awareness of our program, highlighting its importance to the resiliency of Mastercard.
• Perform quality assurance checks on the most critical Plans in your area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve less-complex technical issues within the corporate resilience toolset (training provided), and escalate complex BC and toolset related issues and requests to senior team colleagues.
• Maintain technical administration process documentation.
• Champion for automation, standardization and technical process efficiency within Enterprise Resilience
• Project management support and administration – support colleagues in the design and execution of program enhancements.
• Metrics reporting and assurance.
• Help with audit and regulatory enquiries, providing evidence for responses upon request.
• Support the Crisis Management team during an incident or crisis.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills are a core requirement
• Bachelor's degree (preferably related to Technology, Resilience or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience and formal education required
• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar or relevant role required
• “Fusion” tool experience highly advantageous
• Experience of working in a customer service support environment highly advantageous
• Experience of contributing to the maintenance of ISO22301 accreditation advantageous
• Salesforce experience advantageous
• ISO22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification advantageous
• Experience in the design and delivery of management information metrics advantageous
• Project management experience or accreditation advantageous
• Financial services experience advantageous
• Regulated environments experience advantageous
