Overview:
As part of Mastercard's evolving Customer Solutions Center-Western Europe, the Senior Specialist Customer Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping and deploying solutions tailored to Acquirers, Merchants and PSPs, Fintechs. This role is embedded within the Customer Solution Architect France Team, which focuses on delivering scalable, innovative solutions such as Click to Pay, Secure Card On File, Tap on Phone, Network Products (e.g. Fast Funding) and Agentic Pay.
Role & Responsibilities :
Solution Development & Deployment
- Support the deployment of complex, multi-product solutions (e.g., combining Click to Pay and SCOF) in engaging with Acquirers, PSPs, Fintechs, merchants & external partners
- Support Sales Team in client facing events to demonstrate the value of Mastercard's Products
- Translate client needs into business requirements in collaboration with local, European and global cross-functional teams (product, marketing and technical teams).
Innovation & Scalability
- Proactively identify and adapt packaged & repeatable solutions for French customers.
- Contribute to the development of new network products and future capabilities (e.g., Tap to More & Fast funding).
- Share best practices across CSCs and support other segments when needed.
Merchant Segment Expertise
- Act as the go-to expert for check-out solutions within the merchant and PSP ecosystem.
- Understand merchant and acquirer value chains to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Product teams and Sales team to co-create client-centric solutions aligned with Horizon 2030 strategy.
All About You:
- Strong experience in digital payments, merchant acquiring, or PSP ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Mastercard's Acquirer & merchant products (e.g., Click to Pay, Card on File tokenization, Soft POS…).
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers around digital enablement; APIs, integration flows.
- Proven ability to convince and lead change on the market
- Collaborative mindset with ability to evolve in a matrix organization and changing environment.
-Mandatory : Fluency in French and English
-Nice to have : comfortable with Data & Analytics to identify trends & related opportunities
