Title and Summary
Senior Security Monitoring and Response Analyst OverviewThe Enterprirse Resilience team (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Resilience Planning) is looking for a Senior Security Monitoring and Response Analyst to support across our disciplines and key initiatives. Enterprise Resilience reduces Mastercard's risk by creating a global culture of preparedness through education, awareness, planning, and practice while fostering partnerships to work together efficiently when adversity strikes.
Role
In this position, you will:
• Partner with global Enterprise Resilience staff and MC personnel to implement the program's strategy while ensuring standardization and compliance
• Provide focus for delivery of our Enterprise Resilience Steering Committee presentations
• Lead integration efforts for Enterprise Resilience for Merger & Acquisitions
• Manage Archer issue management efforts for our team
• Fulfill the primary relationship manager for our suppliers of Everbridge and FusionRM
• Assist in budget process, JIRA initiatives and resilience projects
• Train business partners on the program's roles and responsibilities, and ensure all staff within the entity are knowledgeable of our requirements
• Perform customer service for our worldwide partners by ensuring inquires are quickly and appropriately answered
• Build key business relationships and become a trusted partner to further embed an Enterprise Resilience culture
• Contribute to objectives of the Enterprise Resilience team during your shared day-to-day activities, and act as a subject matter contributor for our initiatives
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position:
• Background in resilience, finance and/or integration efforts desired
• Knowledgeable of technology configurations and/or fintech environments desired
• Motivated self-starter with ability to excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure
• Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent program management skills and experience in managing and delegating to multi-functional teams
• Above average ability to prepare communications, reports, presentations and other products by operating Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Be skilled at producing accurate and standardized reporting and metrics with key insights to communicate performance to the leadership team
• Go out of your way to determine what the customer needs and how you can help while looking for creative solutions to solve their problems
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Develops relationships with people at all levels and in various functions and specialties of organizations, both in external environments and internally
