Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, B2B Product Marketing │ Opportunity reserved for PWD candidates only The B2B Product Marketing Senior Specialist will be an important asset and business driver for Mastercard, supporting our Core Product and Commercial Strategy, including Industry Partners and Issuers, to develop marketing strategies focused on driving new product flows, and acquisition/retention/activation/usage on their current portfolios for Mastercard's Core and Commercial Products.

Connect the dots across Product, Sales, IMC, and Markets—translating customer needs and product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and effective go to market execution that drives adoption, sales confidence, and growth.

Responsibilities:
• Cross Functional Orchestration: Act as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, IMC, Research, and Markets—aligning priorities from strategy through go to market and scale.
• Insight Translation & Customer Truth Framing: Partner with Research and Insights teams to translate data, trends, and analysis into clear customer truths, buyer journeys, and market relevant narratives.
• Positioning & Value Narratives: Turn complex capabilities into simple, human, emotionally resonant stories that clearly articulate why it matters and why Mastercard.
• Experience Led Go to Market: Design go to market approaches that bring products to life through experiences—sales motions, demos, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand moments.
• Sales Enablement with Confidence & Connection: Equip Sales with narratives, demos, and enablement that make them confident and conversant—supporting meaningful, credible customer conversations.
• Scale Through Platforms and AI: Leverage global platforms and Centers of Excellence (Creative Studio, RFP Factory, Products and Sales Center, Marketing Center), automation & AI to reduce manual dependency and free teams to focus on creativity, experience design, and impact.

Requirements:
You are a customer-centric marketing professional with a strong business mindset and the ability to translate business needs into Company value. You thrive in fast-paced, global environments and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
You bring:
• Proven experience in client-facing marketing roles, such as Marketing Account Management, B2B Marketing, or similar positions within B2B or payment´s ecosystem.
• Prior experience working directly with B2B Companies, issuers, acquirers or related financial institutions, enabling fluency in payments industry and terminology.
• Solid understanding of B2B Marketing Dynamics and Tactics, leading to Brand Awareness and performance / conversion campaigns and Events.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences and a proactive, problem-solving-oriented approach
• Native Portuguese and fluency in English
• This role is based in São Paulo and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week, supporting close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.

Conectar capacidades de produto, necessidades dos clientes e execução de go to market de forma transversal, impulsionando adoção, efetividade comercial e crescimento sustentável.
Conectar os pontos entre Product, Sales, IMC e Markets, traduzindo necessidades dos clientes e capacidades de produto em positioning claro, narrativas envolventes e uma execução de go to market eficaz, que impulsione adoção, confiança em vendas e crescimento.

Responsabilidades:
• Orquestração Cross-Functional: Atuar como o elo central entre Produto, Vendas, IMC, Research e Markets, garantindo o alinhamento de prioridades desde a estratégia até a execução de go to market e a fase de escala.
• Tradução de Insights & Construção de Customer Truths: Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Research e Insights para transformar dados, tendências e análises em customer truths, jornadas do comprador e narrativas relevantes para o mercado.
• Positioning & Value Narratives: Converter capacidades complexas em histórias simples, humanas e emocionalmente relevantes, articulando claramente por que isso é importante e por que Mastercard.
• Go to Market Orientado à Experiência: Desenhar abordagens de go to market que deem vida aos produtos por meio de experiências, como sales motions, demos, parcerias, patrocínios e brand moments.
• Sales Enablement com Confiança e Conexão: Capacitar o time de Sales com narrativas, demos e materiais de enablement que promovam confiança e fluência, apoiando conversas relevantes, consistentes e credíveis com os clientes.
• Escala por meio de Plataformas e AI: Alavancar plataformas globais e Centers of Excellence (Creative Studio, RFP Factory, Products and Sales Center, Marketing Center), além de automação e AI, para reduzir dependências manuais e permitir que os times foquem em criatividade, experience design e impacto.

Requisitos:
Você é um profissional de marketing customer-centric, com forte visão de negócios e capacidade de traduzir necessidades do negócio em valor para a empresa. Atua bem em ambientes globais e dinâmicos e constrói relações de confiança com diferentes grupos de stakeholders.
Você traz:
• Experiência comprovada em funções de marketing com interface direta com clientes, como Marketing Account Management, B2B Marketing ou posições similares dentro do ecossistema B2B ou de pagamentos.
• Experiência prévia trabalhando diretamente com B2B companies, issuers, acquirers ou instituições financeiras relacionadas, com fluência na indústria de pagamentos e sua terminologia.
• Sólido entendimento das B2B Marketing Dynamics and Tactics, incluindo iniciativas de Brand Awareness, campanhas de performance/conversão e Events.
• Forte mentalidade analítica e orientada a dados, com capacidade de identificar tendências e apoiar a tomada de decisão.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação com públicos técnicos e não técnicos, além de uma abordagem proativa e orientada à resolução de problemas.
• Fluência em inglês.
• Esta posição é baseada em São Paulo e segue um modelo de trabalho híbrido, com expectativa de atuação presencial no escritório ao menos três dias por semana, promovendo colaboração próxima com times e stakeholders locais.
