Overview
The Global Contingent Workforce Management team is looking for a Senior Specialist to ensure our contingent workforce program simplifies stakeholder experiences, mitigates risk, ensures compliance, and enables supplier effectiveness across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. You should be passionate about process optimization and compliance, and especially helping our business leaders understand how to best deliver results while aligning to governance.

Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Enablement, you will:
• Partner with the managed service provider (MSP) to elevate performance, strengthen compliance, and accelerate access to top contingent talent.
• Be the go-to regional advisor for the business and MSP — owning governance, reporting, issue resolution, process improvements, regulatory updates, and supplier enablement.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing (Procurement), our Global Business Service Center (GBSC), Legal, and Compliance to keep contingent workforce policy and procedures aligned to global, regional, and local requirements.
• Drive process, system, and supplier improvements that simplify delivery, reduce risk, and scale the program across regionally and globally.
• Enable stakeholders through targeted training—adapting global materials for local needs to boost adoption and compliance.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by onboarding acquired populations into the program and aligning policy, process, and suppliers

All About You
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Strong knowledge of European labor regulations governing contingent worker engagement.
• Understanding of contingent workforce program operations and process facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across multiple countries and regions.
• Data-driven, solutions-focused approach with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Proficiency with HR technology (HCM, ATS, WFP).
• Proficiency with vendor management systems (VMS) and MSP delivery models.
• Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.
