The Senior Analyst, Go‑to‑Market & Commercialization Execution plays a critical role in driving end‑to‑end execution of go‑to‑market initiatives across Mastercard's Network Products portfolio. This role is focused on turning product strategy into market‑ready execution, ensuring launches are commercially viable, operationally ready, and positioned for adoption and revenue realization.
Operating as a GTM execution and PMO function, the Senior Analyst partners closely with Product, Regional, Finance, Legal, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams to orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives. The role is intentionally fungible across different product and commercialization areas, flexing to support priority launches, expansions, and strategic initiatives rather than owning a single functional domain silo.
This position is suited for an execution‑oriented professional who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and ensures momentum, accountability, and outcomes across fast‑moving programs.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement:
- Support go-to-market execution activities, including readiness tracking, launch coordination, and stakeholder communication of switching products.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to ensure end‑to‑end commercialization readiness, including alignment on pricing, legal approvals, internal enablement, and market communications.
- Assist product and GTM teams with preparing decks, trackers, FAQs, and internal enablement materials.
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs to ensure launches meet scope, timing, and quality expectations across global and regional teams.
- Track and manage GTM execution risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating proactively to protect launch timelines and commercial outcomes.
Project Management Support
- Act as a PMO lead for GTM and commercialization initiatives, providing execution rigor, transparency, and accountability across workstreams.
- Own integrated execution plans, aligning product, commercial, operational, and regional activities into a single coherent roadmap.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decision trackers, and execution dashboards to support leadership oversight.
- Drive execution cadence through structured check‑ins, milestone reviews, and action tracking.
- Continuously improve execution frameworks, templates, and ways of working to scale and standardize GTM delivery across initiatives.
Cross‑Functional & Regional Orchestration
- Serve as a central execution partner across Product, Regions, Finance, Legal, Sales Enablement, and Operations.
- Support global‑to‑local rollout orchestration, ensuring consistent core strategy while enabling regional customization where required.
- Coordinate inputs and timelines across stakeholders to reduce friction, avoid duplication, and maintain alignment.
- Enable clear communication across teams through concise updates, structured materials, and well‑defined ownership.
Qualifications & Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, coordination, program support, or product management roles, preferably in payments, technology, or complex matrix organizations.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize clearly and follow through.
- Proactive, reliable, and execution focused; thrives in a supporting, enabling role.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
- Availability to be in the office 3x per week.
