Overview:

The Business Intelligence (BI) team at Mastercard Services is dedicated to delivering a range of products and services that offer valuable insights and data-driven solutions to clients. Operating at both global and regional levels, the team focuses on customizing and launching products specifically for the European market.

Key areas within the BI team include:

• Research Center: Provides quantitative and qualitative research services, collaborating with third parties to deliver external insights.
• Learning and Innovation: Offers a learning platform covering various topics and programs related to innovation, including events and collaborations with startups.
• Market Intelligence: Features a portal that serves as a one-stop shop for all intelligence, consolidating various internal products.
• Portfolio Intelligence: Utilizes Mastercard data to create dashboards for managing bank portfolios, offering performance analytics and optimization models.
• Economic Intelligence: Conducts macroeconomic analyses, such as the Macro 360 product, which assesses country-specific economic conditions and their impact on the payment ecosystem.

The role within our European BI team involves close collaboration with global teams, focusing on the customization and launch of these products in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle of BI products, including customization for regional markets and bundling solutions for enhanced market penetration.
• Support P&L management by consolidating financials at the European level and identifying initiatives to boost revenues.
• Collaborate with global teams to define pricing, go-to-market strategies, and communication plans for new product launches.
• Track product performance, gather feedback from sales teams, and provide insights to improve product offerings and market strategies.
• Compile market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas, ensuring effective communication and execution of BI products in the market.

All About You:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience ideally in consulting, background in financial services is an advantage
• Experience in product management, product development, and project management desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product strategies and gather market feedback.
• Analytical skills to manage P&L, track product performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.
