Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Solutions Enablement The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

The Senior Specialist, AI Consulting GTM Enablement supports the execution and adoption of AI consulting gotomarket efforts. This role focuses on turning defined AI consulting offers into fieldready assets, enabling sales and account teams with clear messaging, practical materials, and deal support.

The role is ideal for someone with strong AI literacy, consulting exposure, and commercial instincts, who wants to build depth in AI GTM while operating close to real deals and client conversations.

About the Role:

1. GTM asset development

Support the creation and upkeep of AI consulting GTM assets, including:
- Pitch decks and solution briefs
- Use case summaries and value propositions
- Case studies and client examples
- ROI narratives and FAQs
- Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and deliveryready.
- Tailor assets for different industries, client segments, and buyer personas.

2. Sales Enablement

Support Sales and Account teams with:
- Offer walkthroughs and enablement sessions
- Pre deal preparation and discovery framing
- Clear articulation of AI and agentic consulting value
- Act as a day to day GTM support resource for priority pursuits.
- Help ensure AI consulting offers are positioned confidently and consistently in the field

3. Sales Support

Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Support deal shaping by:
- Clarifying scope and assumptions
- Highlighting relevant use cases and outcomes
- Ensuring alignment with approved AI consulting offers
- Participate in client workshops or calls as a supporting GTM or solution resource


4. Market Insights

Capture feedback from sales teams and clients on:
- What resonates
- What is unclear
- Where offers need refinement
- Track basic competitive and market signals to inform GTM updates
- Feed insights back to Director and VP level leaders to improve offers and messaging

5. Cross Functional CollaborationFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with:

- AI Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Global Product teams to align GTM with delivery reality
- Product and Engineering leaders to understand roadmap and capabilities
- Marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and events
- Ensure tight feedback loops between market, sales, and delivery

All About You

- Experience in Consulting, Solution GTM, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing
- Experience supporting AI, Gen AI, or advanced analytics consulting offerings
- Understands AI and agentic concepts at a business level
- Experience Consulting delivery models and economics
- Enterprise buying processes
- Proven ability to influence pipeline and deal outcomes
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with client executives and sales leadership
- Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or technology services
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay Ranges

Toronto, Canada: $94,000 - $138,000 CAD
