Title and Summary

Senior Vice President – CNPF Head of Data and AI Platform Enablement & Next Generation Product Development The Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization drives innovative products and solutions for our customers, unlocking payment and data flows beyond consumer cards across key business areas covering Commercial and B2B, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Transfer Solutions. Products and solutions supported by the business include commercial cards, B2B, accounts payable and receivables, non-carded bill payments, and disbursements and remittances.
The Senior Vice President – CNPF Head of Data and AI Platform Enablement & Next Generation Product Development is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the processes that enable the development and deployment, of CNPF AI solutions and Data products. There are three major areas of responsibility:

Responsibilities
• Data & AI Partner/Enabler for CNPF Products:
o Partner with CNPF's stakeholders to define the approach and processes to identify opportunities for the application of AI capabilities, definition of data products, and the modernization of CNPF-wide data processing and AI architecture
o Accountable for the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of processes within the CNPF Data & AI Product team, partnering with other CNPF Product groups to ensure an end-to-end approach to product development
• Product Owner for CNPF Data & AI Fabric platform:
o Working in conjunction with Engineering and Product peers, the role will establish request intake & prioritization processes, develop the CNPF Data & AI-wide delivery roadmap, and drive the delivery of the enabling Data & AI technologies to support our product vision
• Manage new & existing Data/AI based Products:
o Manage, cultivate, and launch new Data & AI driven products that span the wider CNPF portfolio
o Manage the current product portfolio and drive applicable “go to market” activities and product monitoring activities
o Manage new & existing Data/AI based Products
• Next generation product development:
o Establish a Data & AI strategy and product roadmap that aligns with the strategic priorities of CNPF and scales to meet future needs
o Serve as source of best practices and consultation for utilization of AI with the CNPF product portfolio
o Lead stakeholder engagement, analysing market trends, technology landscape, and define a strategic target state with a phased implementation approach/plan.
o Co-developing solution roadmaps with the Engineering team, including build/buy/partner analysis.
o Identify necessary product features and investments based on business needs.
o Internally influence/collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product management, and operations to align the platform strategy with business goals.
o Develop strong internal executive-level partnerships to ensure cross-functional alignment and execute on shared initiatives.

All About You
• Track record leading global product management teams in complex business-to-business technology and/or payment businesses, driving success through high-growth phases
• Experience developing solutions that both internal stakeholders and external clients utilize
• Demonstrated success developing, delivering, and commercializing Data-based product solutions to the Financial Services industry
• Demonstrated applied expertise developing products that utilize in machine learning algorithms, generative AI, recommendation engines and Natural Language processing
• Familiarity and experience with Embedded Finance use cases strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with on-prem and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Data Bricks, AWS, Azure)
• Ability to effectively build and prioritize the product roadmap, feature intake, and product/project portfolio management
• Proven ability to quickly adapt, take initiative, and adopt a hands-on approach to execution
• Strong bias for action and focus on delivery, execution and readiness for scaled launch
• Ability to engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration to achieve collective outcomes
• Ability to communicate across various audiences to influence, inspire, and drive decision-making
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and uncertain environments

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
