Specialist, Product Management (Test & Learn) Overview

The Services organisation is a key differentiator for Mastercard, delivering cutting-edge products and solutions that empower our customers. With a focus on thinking big and rapid global scale, this agile team provides end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Driven by data and innovation, our services span payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programmes, business experimentation (Test & Learn), and advanced information and risk management solutions.

Test & Learn

As part of the Test & Learn Product Management team, you will help build industry-leading experimentation software that brings advanced analytic techniques to businesses and users worldwide to help make multi-million-dollar decisions. Our team is rapidly innovating—developing new products, enhancing existing ones, and expanding how we deliver Test & Learn to clients. We are seeking forward-thinking innovators who can execute and evolve our product strategy while tackling the big challenges ahead.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our commercialisation efforts, supporting go-to-market strategies for both existing and new Test & Learn products, and championing our value proposition with internal and external partners.

Position Responsibilities

• Shape the future of our products by turning market insights, user research, customer feedback and commercial priorities into a clear, impactful product strategy that can be transformed to market ready sellable solutions for Merchants.
• Drive go-to-market excellence by partnering with sales, marketing, and client teams to craft narratives that accelerate growth and adoption, leveraging customer insights, usage metrics and market research to strengthen Test & Learn's value proposition.
• Create influence through storytelling by developing impactful sales enablement materials partnering with Marketing—such as case studies, whitepapers, infographics, foundational sales materials and social content—that clearly showcase the value and power of our products.
• Act as a product evangelist by deeply understanding customer needs and collaborating with sales, marketing, and client delivery teams to design and execute initiatives that maximise growth, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver impactful product solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and evolving client needs to refine product positioning and unlock new opportunities.

All About You

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role (product management, product marketing, consulting and/or similar fields)
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues such as sales, marketing, client delivery, other PMs, engineers, designers, and clients/users.
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Broad strategic thinking skills to understand market/user needs and prioritize thoughtfully
• Creative problem solver, adept in translating product vision and user needs into compelling sales narratives.
• Strong professional presence. Brilliant interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Skilled in navigating stakeholder dynamics and managing organizational complexity.
• Experience working with Retail & Commerce merchants is a plus.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
