Title and Summary

Specialist, Product Operations Position Summary
This role plays a critical part in creating and maintaining endpoint documentation, supporting planned customer migrations, and ensuring operational readiness for corridor updates and integration changes. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• TEG API Support & Migration Readiness
o Maintain and distribute the Master Endpoint Guide.
o Create and maintain client-specific Endpoint Guides.
o Provide technical and operational support to internal teams during migrations.
o Draft clear and concise client communications regarding requirement changes.
• Operational Documentation & Process Management
o Maintain and update documentation on TEG management practices, including scenarios for corridor updates and customizations outside of RSD and Rubiko.
o Ensure accessibility and version control of endpoint documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Liaise with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to align on customer support strategies and technical requirements.
o Proactively collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve clients' operational issues or queries.
o Participate in issue-tracking and incident review meetings to ensure timely resolution and knowledge sharing
o Join recurring network alignment meetings to ensure alignment between the BEG and TEG.
• Incident & Issue Tracking
o Monitor and document issues for review during “Issues Tracker” meetings.
o Support month-end reviews of the NetOps Incident Log to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Excel utilities, and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Insomnia.
