Title and Summary

Sr Analyst, Corporate Treasury Systems & Strategy Overview:
Mastercard is rapidly expanding its cross-border and cross-currency capabilities. The cross-border Treasury team at Mastercard is seeking a high performing candidate for the position of Sr Analyst, Corporate Treasury Systems and Strategy based in Pune, India. This role is responsible for the configuration, governance, and ongoing management of static data that supports our Treasury ecosystem. The individual will collaborate with product engineers to design and deliver automated solutions which address key business challenges pertaining to pricing and more. The ideal candidate is part product manager, part technologist, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and diagrams. The candidate is able to lead discussions between Treasury, business and technical stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance or implement new workflows and systems.

Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end management of static data required for the Treasury technology landscape
• Define manual vs automated components of each static data process including:
o Identification of data sources and owners
o File formats and download frequencies
o Import procedures (mapping, transformations, validations)
o Manual overrides, approvals, and exception handling
• Ensure long-term alignment of static data across systems, designing reconciliation routines to keep data consistent.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation: definitions, data dictionaries, workflows, and ownership models.
• Support the configuration and testing of Treasury Management systems based on approved designs, including static tables, integration parameters, rules and workflows.
• Partner with technology teams to test integrations, confirm data mappings and validate that data is flowing as expected across the ecosystem.
• Document how key values and computed fields are derived, ensuring formulas, inputs, assumptions and controls are fully captured and reproducible.
• Work with business, product and technology owners to validate accuracy and ensure alignment across systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Treasury process owners and Technology delivery teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, diagrams and presentations that are easy for developers and SMEs to action.
• Participate in design discussions, clarify requirements and ensure Treasury needs are reflected in the technical build.
• Support UAT planning and execution.
• Train users on processes, controls and configuration logic.
• Act as a subject matter expert during production support cycles, defect resolution and enhancement work.

All About You:
• Minimum Bachelor's in computer science, information systems or similar degree.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands on experience with data management, file imports, configuration or system administration
• Highly experienced and skilled in PowerPoint, delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership.
• Experienced with MS Excel and MS Visio.
• Proven track record of prioritizing work and managing multiple projects, in addition to daily workload.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to manage high volume of diverse tasks under short timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to successfully drive and integrate change; cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prior FX risk management, corporate treasury, accounting, or financial planning experience a plus.
