Role:
The Staffing Operations Analyst will join the EMEA Staffing team and support the smooth execution of global staffing operations by ensuring accurate workforce data, reliable utilization visibility, and timely staffing actions. This role operates at the intersection of people, data, and delivery — helping leaders make informed staffing decisions and keeping the global staffing engine running efficiently. The Staffing Operations Analyst will work closely with Staffing leadership, Staffing Partners, and Capacity Managers. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, and the ability to clearly communicate findings through compelling presentations.
Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas):
- A&CS utilization tracking availability and insight:
Process and update staffing assignments, coordinate new hires and transfers into A&CS including updates to staffing systems and queues and Contingent Management with a strong focus on quarterly and year‑end cycles, ensuring timely actions and supporting cost management.
Maintain utilization of inputs and dashboards; flag variances, risks, and capacity hotspots early. Support weekly staffing cadences with supply/demand snapshots, risks, and action tracking
- Data quality & tagging:
Maintain accurate tagging in staffing tools, resolve data issues, and surface recurring quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Tools, reporting & enablement:
Maintain shared tools and records updated across staffing and talent data tools; support enhancements, testing, and data hygiene routines, support periodic staffing surveys, including administration, response tracking, and insight synthesis
- Staffing Communication and reporting:
Triage and resolve inquiries via the regional staffing mailbox within defined SLAs, maintain operational documentation and Confluence pages in line with global standards, support staffing communications and newsletters, maintain auditable records and support internal or external reviews as needed. Support global staffing surveys.
- Process and Project Management: Support contingent worker management
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in PMO, professional services operations, staffing, resource management, or a related role
- Experience working with staffing, utilization, or workforce data in fast‑paced environments
Skills:
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven, PM experience, structured, rigorous,
- Business acumen
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and Excel
- High attention to detail and strong data hygiene mindset
- Clear, concise communicator able to translate data into actions for non‑technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
