Technical Program Manager II Analyst- Project Management & Metrics
Team Overview
Implement a Technology Service Assurance function to drive standard, consistent, compliant, transparent, scalable and well-controlled oversight of Service Level Agreements(SLAs) & Service Level Objectives(SLOs) across Mastercard Products and Intragroup Company Agreements (ICAs) that align with Mastercard's business operations reality, regulatory obligations and expectations

Oversee governance and control metrics agreed for Mastercard Products & Technology Services

All about you /Skillsets:
• Project management skills to ensure on-time delivery
• Good communication skills for coordinating globally
• Demonstrated capability in developing technical designs and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation.
• Ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data, data collation
• Experience in Creation of Domo Dashboards, Power BI, Power apps, Excel Dashboards, MS office would be added advantage
• Any background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and validate data from various sources and ensure readiness for analysis
• Transform data into the right data set before analysis
• Assist in the quantitative analysis of data and generate reports of analysis
• In-depth understanding of data and data sources in the organization
• Assists senior team members in the development of tools, documents and presentations
• Executing data analysis, customer reporting reviews and other quality assurance procedures
• Execute quantitative analysis of data and generate operations reports
• Collaborate with different teams including Legal, Regulatory, Tech, Finance, Operations, and business teams
• Lead and support service mapping efforts to visualize the flow of services between intragroup service providers and consumers.
• Implement Third party / supplier monitoring and reporting process
• Support in implementation of SLA monitoring and reporting process
• Develop and manage a centralized repositories for evidences (Ex. Confluence, Share point…)
• Track version control, signatories, amendments, and entity specific annexes
• Build and maintain playbooks, templates and guidance materials
