Title and Summary

VP, Ecosystem Development, Agentic Overview:
The Global Partnerships team manages relationships and develop business with players that enable business, move money and digitize customer experiences with some of the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and to deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.
Global Partnerships is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Vice President of Ecosystem Development to drive strategy execution and internal alignment across the Agentic AI team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and executing programs that grow our partnerships and strategic stakeholder communities. This includes driving global engagements across regions with Core, Services, and Commercial New Payment Flows organizations. Whilst working closely with Marketing, Legal, Franchise Compliance, Regulatory, and Finance partners on new and innovative frameworks, business models, and B2B Marketing initiatives to enable the acceleration of our Agentic AI partnerships to drive business success.

Role:
• Define and lead a comprehensive ecosystem development roadmap aligned with the Agentic AI team growth objectives, including strategic integrations, go to market activities, and partner engagement.
• Design and scale innovative programs and frameworks in partnership with Core, Services, Commercial New Payment Flows businesses and functional teams across Legal, Franchise Compliance, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Influence and represent the voice of Agentic AI team and customers in product planning and roadmap prioritization; work closely with product solutions engineering, Services, and Commercial B2B teams.
• Foster community engagement through learning, certifications, events, partner co-development, and thought leadership to further establish Mastercard as a player in this space.
• Set and track KPIs including partner engagements, ecosystem connectivity, go to market and integration velocity.
• Lead and build a high-performing team to drive the impact and success of Agentic AI team.

All About You:
• Experience in business development, platform strategy, or ecosystem leadership roles in the fintech industry
• Demonstrated success building ecosystem flywheels in a high-growth environment
• Strong network within fintech, startups, VCs, crypto platforms, etc.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management
• Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, legal, marketing, and sales
• Track record of launching successful global partner programs
• Technical or engineering background and deep familiarity with platform companies (e.g., cloud, AI Platforms)
• Ability to navigate complexity and change with resilience, adjusting strategies to meet evolving ecosystem needs

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
