The hospital offers a full range of services, specializing in heart and vascular services, orthopedics, surgery, and emergency care and has been recognized as a Top Performer by The Joint Commission for 2013 - 2015.

 

The Cook under general supervision, performs the functions of cook, preparing quality, appealing and appetizing food for all customer/guest groups. The Cook follows general and standardized recipes. The Cook also operates all other related duties to include stocking, sanitation, serving customer, inventory, assisting other team members as needed and provides outstanding customer/guest service relations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in hospital, institutional or restaurant hot food production.
  • Experience in modified diets preferred.
  • North Richland Hills Department of Health - Food Handler Card obtained within 30 days and must be kept current.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
