About the Job

General Summary of Position
The Marketing Specialist provides marketing support to plan and implement effective marketing and communication tactics from inception to completion that strengthen designated service lines and programs. This role provides comprehensive marketing and project support and assistance with day-to-day service line/business unit activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic service line/business unit marketing tactics to consumers and referring physician audiences.
  • Employ project management techniques to achieve project completion on schedule and on budget.
  • Actively participates in service line/business unit marketing meetings with stakeholders, digital marketing, and analytics teams, acting as project coordinator capturing meeting decisions next steps and outstanding items to be resolved.
  • Serves as marketing liaison to partnership director.
  • Write prepare and coordinate digital content for social media platforms - including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Update and manage website content.
  • Actively participate in the planning and maintain content for monthly social media calendar and outreach. Strategize with team on all boosted posts reporting success to marketing director (senior marketing director). Liaises with service line/business unit stakeholders to identify engaging content.
  • Oversee photography and videography needs including scheduling coordinating photo and video shoots with external agencies, physicians, and patients to produce service line content.
  • Assist with the monitoring and tracking of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Write edit and/or proofread copy for a variety of marketing purposes (and/or collaborates with their production), including collateral material while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and liaises with the system brand team to ensure compliance when appropriate. Assess the need for new or improved materials and make recommendations to leader.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferably with an emphasis in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations required

Experience

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience required

Licenses and Certifications

  • No special license/certification required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and a working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to organize complex diverse materials and translate them into key messaging for external audiences for multiple formats including collateral, websites, landing pages, and physician profiles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment think creatively and problem solve.
  • Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills.

USD $59,820.00 - USD $101,836.00 /Yr.
