This solo surgeon owned and managed practice in Hood River, Oregon has a beautiful privately owned building, dedicated and highly efficient staff, low overhead, modern health record system and paperless office. We also enjoy highly efficient billing services and Human Resources and a very favorable payor mix. NO Emergency Room call! Our practice is currently booked out 5 months so you can anticipate an immediately full schedule.

Position: Otolaryngologist

Location: Hood River, Oregon

Job Type: Full-time option, however, flexible work week options (2-5 days a week) depending on candidate desires

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional medical care to patients in an outpatient setting in highly sophisticated, small resort community.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including MD, RN, MA and community physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in practice development and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• MD Medical degree and completed residency training from accredited Otolaryngology training program in the USA.
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
• Active medical license in the state of Oregon.
• Strong clinical skills, and commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work and operate independently immediately, while still being a team player.
