Physician and cosmetic patient liaison. Meet new or existing patients to determine cosmetic procedure and quote pricing; Assist with financial components of cosmetic surgery quote sheet.

Responsibilities:

Provide Cosmetic quote pricing of surgeon's fee; anesthesia fee; facility fee and financing options

Develop and maintain positive relationship with potential Cosmetic patients ensuring ease with scheduling consultation and positive experience

Coordinate cosmetic surgery and identify equipment and products needed for procedure and order implants directly from designated representative for cosmetic surgery

Schedule plastic cosmetic surgery appropriately according to OR and surgeons availability

Backup Surgery Scheduler for joint cases; Ensure Auth is obtained for insurance payor surgeries

Collect cosmetic surgery payment prior to scheduled procedure

Assist with CosmetAssure for cosmetic surgery complication coverage

Process and submit claims to CosmetAssure

Coordinate with Western Anesthesia and OR for scheduled cosmetic procedure for a timely collection of payment for anesthesia and facility fee

Educate patients on services such as Botox, fillers, skincare products, laser, microdermabrasion

Collect payment of office self pay and cosmetic procedures prior to scheduled appointment

Order supplies such as implants; post surgical garments; skin essential products; medical and cosmetic supplies

Order medical supplies for 7008 and Clayton Clarkson locations

Inventory management of Skinmedica skincare products

Marketing and Merchandising – event planning and promotions of skincare essential products

Maintain Patient Loyalty Rewards with Brilliant Distinction program for facial aesthetics

Assist and coordinate with physician billing office with cosmetic billing and distribution of payments

Manage Credit WQ

Assist with FEC dept goal

Assist with 7008 phone support and scheduling

Backup lunch coverage for front desk 7008

Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of surgical/medical office experience.
  • Other: Medical terminology Computer skills Telephone etiquette Excellent oral and written communication skills.
