The Billing Representative position is responsible for providing expert guidance to the Billing Representatives as it relates to departmental responsibilities, policies, and procedures. Billing Representatives IV must have a broad understanding of all facets of the EDI Billing department and be comfortable acting as the main point of contact for questions and escalations. This position requires HFMA Revenue Cycle Certification. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
