Find your calling at Mercy! The Clinical Team Leader provides leadership and coordination of patient care activities on the assigned unit. This role supports staff nurses and clinical teams, ensures safe and efficient patient flow, and assists with daily unit operations. The Clinical Team Leader collaborates closely with nursing leadership, medical staff, patients, and families to maintain high-quality clinical care and operational excellence. Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state
Minimum of two (2) years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a department charge nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Prolonged standing and walking during shifts
Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat, reach, and grip as required
