Provide administrative support and coordination of projects for the Administrator of Mercy Hospital Aurora and Mercy Hospital Cassville and the executive team. Responsibilities will include providing a professional and pleasant demeanor on the phone and in person, demonstrate highly proficient written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and independent thinking as well as a high level of proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office; demonstrate work habits and demeanor that contribute to the effective functioning of the department.
Education: High school diploma required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Computer experience required, clinical background helpful but not required.
Other:. Demonstrates ability to work with a team and manage high volumes of data and projects. Ability to create and maintain tables and queries. Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must possess ability to prepare clean and concise reports, and communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Demonstrates flexibility and deals effectively with the constantly changing environments. Detail oriented and accuracy of information is required. Ability to work with confidential data. Ability to solve problems creatively and think expansively.
