Qualifications
• Experience in employee support, inclusion, program management, or related strategic roles.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership in complex environments and drive organizational changes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all employees, including those with disabilities.
• Experience or ability to build and manage external partnerships
