As a Graduate Nurse on the Mom Baby Unit, you will:
- Care for mothers and newborns during the postpartum period
- Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and maternal recovery
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care
- Support patients and families through education, communication, and hands-on care
You'll also build strong clinical skills through:
- Patient-centered care planning and documentation
- Bedside shift reporting and safety-focused handoffs (SBAR)
- Collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Evidence-based practice and continuous learning

??? Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program by December 2026
- Eligible for RN licensure in Missouri
- BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire
