Find your calling at Mercy! Assists with all aspects of patient care as directed by office manager, nurses and physicians. Has previous experience as medical assistant and demonstrates proficiency. Ensures appropriate communication and documentation in Epic. Assists with general clerical duties as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program;
Experience: AND two years experience or 4 years comparable experience as a medical assistant. Up to two years specific specialty experience may be required.
Other: Computer skills. Ability to spell correctly. Good communication skills.
