Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends. No holidays.

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Medical Assistant who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced clinical setting. If you have pediatric experience (or a strong interest in it) and are passionate about patient care, we'd love to connect with you!

??? What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a pediatric clinic
  • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and documentation
  • Support daily clinic flow and ensure an excellent patient experience
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of MA Clinic Academy training (for new hires)

Certification:

  • Active Medical Assistant certification required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required for Hospital Outpatient Departments
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in pediatrics or medical field
  • 1 year of patient care experience in outpatient or ambulatory setting
  • BLS certification (preferred for non-HOD clinics)

  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation

  • Busy outpatient pediatric clinic with frequent patient interaction
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, and clinical support tasks
  • Exposure to medical environments; PPE provided for safety
??? Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout shifts
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
