The MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Technologist – Lead operates imaging equipment and software, mostly MRI equipment, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Responsibilities also include serving as lead when direct leadership is unavailable, coordinating daily work assignments and assisting in training. The Lead MRI Technician position also requires a strong commitment to patient care, technical expertise, and collaborative communication with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and completed required
Certification: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT; BLS Basic Life Support

- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules, and coordinate daily operations.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Thorough understanding of managing safety protocols, patient care related to pacemakers, implants, devices, etc, and ability to make adjustments as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
