We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our Inpatient/Acute Care therapy team in a part‑time role. This position offers 16 hours per week, with opportunities to grow into full‑time hours and pick up additional shifts based on department needs.

This role is ideal for an OT who thrives in a fast‑paced acute care environment and is passionate about helping patients regain function and safely transition to the next level of care.

• Part‑time Inpatient/Acute Care OT role (16 hours/week)
• Opportunity to increase hours and grow into full‑time

• Exposure to a wide range of medical, surgical, and neurologic diagnoses
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care model

• Evaluate and treat patients in the Inpatient/Acute Care setting
• Address ADLs, mobility, cognitive function, and safety awareness
• Provide patient and family education to support safe discharge planning
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and therapy teams
• Assist with discharge recommendations and transitions of care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with standards

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations
Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
