Opportunity to Grow into Full‑Time & Pick Up Additional Hours

We are seeking a motivated and patient‑centered Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy team in a part‑time role focused on Neuro/Stroke rehabilitation and general outpatient OT care. This role offers 16 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into full‑time hours and pick up additional shifts as available.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, values continuity of care, and enjoys working with a diverse outpatient population.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat outpatient OT patients with a focus on neurological diagnoses, including stroke
  • Provide care for a mix of general outpatient diagnoses (orthopedic, medical, and functional conditions)
  • Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to support functional independence
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, coordinated care
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations
Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
