Overview:

Formally coordinates patient concerns across the Health System. Develops aggregate data for service improvements, as requested. Creates a positive first impression for patients, visitors and family members by providing excellent customer service consistent with the established guidelines and goals of the St. Johns Health System. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Communication and customer service skills essential. Computer experience is required.
  • Required Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Preferred Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Other: Strong communications, organizational and computer skills required.
