Welcome to our fast-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit, where every day is an opportunity to make a difference!
We care for patients with STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization, CHF, arrhythmias, stroke management, and more. With a supportive nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our PCAs play a vital role in delivering compassionate, top-quality care.

Position Overview:Work alongside skilled RNs and LPNs to help our patients achieve their highest level of wellness through personalized care.
What You'll Do:Patient Care Associate (PCA) Responsibilities:
Take and document vital signs in electronic medical records
Assist patients with meals, bathing, toileting, mobility, and transport
Provide clerical support as needed
Growth Opportunity — Become a Patient Care Technician (PCT):
Perform PCA duties plus:
Phlebotomy & blood cultures
Enteral feeding, wound care
IV and Foley catheter removal
Trach care and suctioning

✅ New hires complete a 175-hour training program as part of orientation (no prior experience needed!)
✅ BLS certification required within one month of hire
✅ Complete PCA competencies within 3 months to stay on the team
High school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in healthcare programs
No prior experience required — we provide full training!
Physical ability to lift/push 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical patient care tasks
Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
