Mercy Springfield, Missouri 65 Prime Plus -Value-Based Primary Care for Seniors
In Springfield, Missouri, 65 Prime Plus by Mercy is seeking a physician with a specific interest in building relationships, wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only, no call position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Our 65 Prime Plus by Mercy team consists of 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on the highest quality primary care for seniors.
65 Prime Plus by Mercy highlights:
- Value-based care offering extended time with patients and the ability to build trusting, long-term relationships
- Focus on quality and making a difference for your patients - not wRVUs
- 30 minute – 1 hour appointment slots for all patients - average 10-14 patients per day
- Managing a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
- Dedicated panel RN for in-basket messages, telephone encounters, triage, and support
- Microsoft DAX and other technology tools to significantly improve efficiency and work/life balance
- In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
- Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
- Administration dedicated to reducing physician burnout with robust physician wellness plan and wellness committees
- No call, holidays, weekends, or evenings lead to great work/life balance
