Mercy Hospital Ardmore, located in southern Oklahoma, is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our Hospitalist team. Mercy Hospital Ardmore is a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds, a staff of nearly 1,100 and almost 100 physicians.    

 

This Position Offers:

  • $100,000 incentive bonus!
  • Integrated health system with competitive base salary, quarterly bonus, and incentives
  • 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year) – great work/life balance with flexible schedules
      • Days: 7 AM – 7 PM
      • Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
  • Must be willing to rotate nights within the hospitalist group
  • Work alongside board certified physicians with a variety of specialty consults available
  • Admit for most specialties
  • Must be comfortable managing ICU patients (basic vent management, intubation's, central line placement, etc.) – Our units are also monitored 24/7 by Mercy's Virtual Care Center
  • This position does qualify for J-1 waiver (Conrad 30)
  • Retirement plans available with employer matching options.
  • Relocation assistance and professional liability coverage provided.
  • As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
