Overview:

 

The Project Coordinator plays an integral role supporting the development, coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives promoting growth, efficiencies in operations, brand recognition, and strategic planning. Position requires organizational, project management, interpersonal, and computer data knowledge and presentation skills. The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with leaders and caregivers on the implementation of strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years in project coordination or in an administrative role managing schedules, projects, and work deliverables.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Licensure:Certification(s):Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: •    Proficient in managing spreadsheets and databases. •    Capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines. •    Demonstrates the ability to partner and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across the organization. •    Maintains a disciplined and professional demeanor at all times. •    Outstanding communication capabilities, marked by a high level of professionalism and presence. •    Skilled in operations and project management.•    Exhibits strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. •    Ability travel, as travel to locations across the Ministry may be required.
