Overview:

 

Under the general supervision of the Administrator and/or Clinical Manager, responsible for the maintenance of clinical and administrative duties related to chart audits, Plan of Care development, and OASIS submissions. In coordination with the Administrator, develops and monitors the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Plan (QA/PI).  Receives and monitors lab orders, wound care orders, and patient infections. Responsible for identifying problems, proposing solutions, and communicating effectively with all members of the health care team.  Will also assist in orientation of new co-workers, and as needed, will perform home visits to ensure adequate patient care. Performs all work in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of Mercy. 


Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate Degree of Nursing

  • Licensure: Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a registered nurse.

  • Experience: One or more years of home health experience plus one or more years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years of home health experience.

  • Certifications: Preferred Home Health Administrator license.

  • Other: Computer skills, ability to multitask, well-organized.
